Fire Safety is our main business and will always be our main business. We do not dilute our unique standards by offering to sell you fire extinguishers, signs etc but;

We do have a Health and Safety Division in our organisation that operates independently from Fire Safety. The two disciplines are totally different and we have not yet identified a consultant sufficiently competent in both disciplines to work in both areas.

We keep separate divisions due to the separate expertise required so, if your Consultant tells you he can carry out Fire Risk Assessments and Health and Safety Risk assessments at the same time, ask him if he can juggle five balls and whistle a recognisable tune whilst drinking a jug of water! He will be a conjurer and the competence in Fire Safety will be doubtful, or maybe competence in both disciplines will be in doubt.

Within the Health and Safety Division we only use Chartered Members of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CFIOSH and CMIOSH) to ensure we provide a competent and professional service. Our consultants are able to provide a full range of health and safety services including –

Development of safety management systems
Development of health and safety policies
Audits and inspections
Landlord, tenant, workplace and other general health and safety risk assessments
COSHH assessments
DSE assessments
Training
Contractor review
